In some cases, we can still act based on brand misuse, impersonation, or fraud, but having registered IP rights significantly increases the success rate and speed of takedowns.

5. How long does a typical takedown request take?

Once we receive all required information and documents, most takedown requests are prepared and submitted within 12–24 hours. The platform’s response time varies, but many cases are resolved within a few days. Urgent cases (such as scams or high-risk fraud) can be escalated for faster handling.

6. Can you guarantee that all infringements will be removed?

No enforcement provider can guarantee removal in every case, because final decisions are made by the platforms themselves. However, we follow each platform’s policies closely, prepare accurate reports, and maintain a high success rate across the channels where we operate.
