User Agreement

By accessing or using the Shieldify IP website, platform login pages, support materials, or related service environments, you agree to this User Agreement. If you are using these services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Access to Shieldify IP environments is intended for rights holders, approved representatives, clients, and internal stakeholders engaged in legitimate brand protection and intellectual property enforcement activity.

• Use only accurate and current identity, business, and contact information
• Access services only for lawful and authorized enforcement-related purposes
• Maintain responsibility for users acting under your organization's account access
• Notify Shieldify IP if your authority to act for a rights holder changes

If you are given access to platform login environments, client portals, or reporting tools, you are responsible for protecting those credentials and limiting access to authorized personnel only.

You are responsible for ensuring that any evidence, ownership claims, authorizations, and reporting instructions you submit are accurate, supportable, and legally appropriate for the rights at issue.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or incomplete rights claims
• Do not request enforcement against channels you do not control or have not reviewed
• Provide supporting records promptly when needed for validation or escalation

You may not misuse Shieldify IP systems, portals, or guidance materials in a way that creates legal, operational, or security risk.

• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with platform environments
• Using support content or reporting pathways for harassment, abuse, or bad-faith complaints
• Copying or redistributing protected materials beyond the scope of permitted business use
• Using the site or portal in violation of applicable law, platform rules, or contractual obligations

Shieldify IP may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any website, support page, or portal environment when required for security, operational integrity, contractual compliance, or legal reasons. We may also suspend access if submitted information appears inaccurate, unauthorized, or inconsistent with approved use.

This User Agreement should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If a service-specific contract, statement of work, or onboarding arrangement applies to your engagement, that more specific agreement will control in the event of conflict.
